My sister I was (& am [again])closest to was always really into hardcore punk (or gutter punk) music. She’s been BACK on heroin for the past 5 yrs, depressed & generally pretty negative (though she really wants to change). I decided a year ago that my absence was no help and would be more positively influential to just be an example for her since we always related so much with each other. So now we live together. With that being said, I pretty much Never preach to her about her own choices knowing it’s better off to come naturally for her. Cue Kevin Gill’s PMA Power Hour Podcast. Starting off Especially with this one. I just started playing it loud enough for her to hear in the house the other day and she sat in her room w/ the door open listening. Came out at some point and questioned about it in a positive manner. This is awesome! Thank you.
